• Helping us scale, supporting rollout into new channels and use cases without relying on ad-hoc effort.

• Spotting trends early and bringing fresh, social-first ideas that fit our tone (not just the algorithm)
• Supporting on shoots across London, helping capture ad-hoc content and sticking to shot lists
• Jumping into the comments, answering DMs, replying to the community and keeping our tone consistent and kind
• Measuring what matters, knowing what’s working, what’s not, and how to tweak content to drive impact
