About the role
- Operate CRM platforms, ensuring correct segmentation of the customer base;
- Schedule and set up email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns;
- Create and monitor campaign performance reports, proposing continuous improvements;
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize customer communication and engagement;
- Support the planning and execution of relationship and loyalty initiatives;
- Track and execute the Sending Calendar;
- Collect information to assemble weekly reports and the monthly consolidated report;
Requirements
- Previous experience with CRM platforms (such as Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, RD Station, Klaviyo, among others);
- Experience with automated communication campaigns, especially via SMS and WhatsApp;
- Experience creating copy and creative assets for email marketing and digital ads;
- Previous experience in content creation;
- Analytical and proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning;
- Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
