About the role

  • You will become an expert in customer communication and messaging platforms
  • You will be responsible for an assigned international client portfolio and support our new and existing customers in making optimal use of all desired features of chatlyn
  • You will conduct training sessions and advisory meetings on how to use the chatlyn software
  • You will identify optimization opportunities and support our customers in the correct use of the software even after the onboarding phase
  • You will be responsible for the success and satisfaction of your customer portfolio across all phases of the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • You are a highly communicative personality with a confident presence and enjoy talking to and advising people
  • You have several years of professional experience in direct B2B account/customer support
  • Industry experience in SaaS, messaging, consulting, or IT is an advantage
  • You are technically inclined: IMAP, SMTP, JSON & API calls are familiar to you and you can explain and apply them
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
