About the role
- You will become an expert in customer communication and messaging platforms
- You will be responsible for an assigned international client portfolio and support our new and existing customers in making optimal use of all desired features of chatlyn
- You will conduct training sessions and advisory meetings on how to use the chatlyn software
- You will identify optimization opportunities and support our customers in the correct use of the software even after the onboarding phase
- You will be responsible for the success and satisfaction of your customer portfolio across all phases of the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- You are a highly communicative personality with a confident presence and enjoy talking to and advising people
- You have several years of professional experience in direct B2B account/customer support
- Industry experience in SaaS, messaging, consulting, or IT is an advantage
- You are technically inclined: IMAP, SMTP, JSON & API calls are familiar to you and you can explain and apply them
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
