About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales funnel, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and face-to-face customer meetings
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms in collaboration with the Sales Director
  • Provide technical and applications support to customers on the utilization and handling of company products
  • Work closely with plant personnel, marketing, technical service, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Preferred 3-5 years of territory sales experience in Commercial Construction
  • Experience with funnel management and proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High personal savvy with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Travel up to 50%
