About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales funnel, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and face-to-face customer meetings
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Provide technical and applications support to customers on the utilization and handling of company products
- Work closely with plant personnel, marketing, technical service, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Preferred 3-5 years of territory sales experience in Commercial Construction
- Experience with funnel management and proficiency in CRM software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High personal savvy with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Travel up to 50%
