About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
  • Provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions
  • File review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action
  • Extensive legal research and drafting of substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs
  • Regularly representing clients in court, at arbitrations, and in depositions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (required); additional bar admissions a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in practice group
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong client-relations and communication skills
  • Must be responsive and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
