About the role

  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with business, marketing and IT stakeholders to implement best practices
  • Participate in the development and execution of fact-based reporting
  • Create business insights, dashboards, standardized reports, statistical models and customer segmentation
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the client’s business objectives
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities
  • Oversee and perform hands-on analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7-9+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing analytics, and/or e-commerce analytics
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GA4 or Adobe analytics suite
  • Power user of either GA4 or Adobe Analytics
  • Clickstream analysis using Google BigQuery
  • Strong business acumen in finance, marketing, statistics, or project management
  • Experience with data manipulation languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.)
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Experience interacting directly with user experience, onsite search, merchandising, and/or digital marketing teams
  • Familiarity with visualization tools and methodology (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Doubleclick, or Clicktale is a plus
  • Academic background in analytics, statistics, marketing, business, or related field
  • Undergraduate college degree required; MA or MBA preferred
