About the role
- Leverage expertise in digital marketing to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with business, marketing and IT stakeholders to implement best practices
- Participate in the development and execution of fact-based reporting
- Create business insights, dashboards, standardized reports, statistical models and customer segmentation
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the client’s business objectives
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee and perform hands-on analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- 7-9+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing analytics, and/or e-commerce analytics
- Comprehensive knowledge of GA4 or Adobe analytics suite
- Power user of either GA4 or Adobe Analytics
- Clickstream analysis using Google BigQuery
- Strong business acumen in finance, marketing, statistics, or project management
- Experience with data manipulation languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.)
- Solid SQL skills
- Experience interacting directly with user experience, onsite search, merchandising, and/or digital marketing teams
- Familiarity with visualization tools and methodology (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Doubleclick, or Clicktale is a plus
- Academic background in analytics, statistics, marketing, business, or related field
- Undergraduate college degree required; MA or MBA preferred
