About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website content.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Write short-form content, build sequences and source data to support outbound activity.
  • Provide content to and support the sales teams with social selling and nurture.
  • Manage multi-channel execution across digital, events, PR, media and partner networks.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI – converting insight into continuous improvement.
  • Manage agency partners, budgets, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Support the Marketing Director with vendor relationships, MDF proposals, campaign design and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to award submissions and other reputation-building initiatives with the wider marketing team.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably at executive or manager level.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
