About the role
- Disconnect old phones and deploy new phones onsite
- Test and verify phone functionality after deployment
- Manage cabling related to phone deployment
- Provide end-user training on new phones
- Track phone asset information (model and serial number)
- Perform basic phone troubleshooting
- Provide updates and reports on deployment progress
- Collaborate with team members as part of staff augmentation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Network Analyst or in equivalent roles, focusing on phone deployment
- Experience disconnecting old phones and deploying new phones
- Experience testing/verifying phone functionality
- Experience managing cables
- Experience providing end-user training on new phones
- Experience tracking phone asset information (model/SN)
- Experience performing basic phone troubleshooting
- Experience providing updates/reports on deployment progress
- Previous experience in phone deployment projects would be an asset
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English
- Must be authorized to work in Canada; legally eligible to work in Canada
