Revenue Operations

• Serve as the owner of Salesforce and connected GTM systems, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Conga, and integrations.
• Own the end-to-end revenue data model across lead, opportunity, quote, contract, renewal, and expansion workflows.

Senior Director, Revenue Systems and Data

• Execute production-ready design assets using pre-existing templates and brand libraries
• Create and update marketing and internal materials including slide decks, digital ads, one-pagers, and internal documents
• Resize, reformat, and version design files for multiple platforms and channels
• Ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy across all outputs
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to meet fast-paced production timelines
• Organize and maintain Figma libraries and file structures for accessibility and clarity

Production Designer

Events

• Assist in the planning and execution of all Marketing events, including trade shows, conferences and hospitality events.
• Owning hospitality logistics such as venue selection, catering, and vendor management.
• Work with the content team to develop event collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure event success.
• Monitor travel expenses and work with the team to ensure costs are managed efficiently.
• Work closely with other teams such as Sales and Customer Success to align event content and objectives with business goals.

Event Marketing Coordinator

• Support the new-hire onboarding process, by preparing new employee files, coordinating orientation sessions, and processing all related paperwork (I-9s, offer letters, contracts, etc.).
• Conduct or coordinate pre-employment checks (background checks, references, etc).
• Support leavers/termination process including liaising with the IT department, related paperwork and reports
• Assist in maintaining and updating accurate and confidential employee records both digitally and in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Generate and submit routine reports on HR activity, such as turnover, hiring status, and employee data.
• Assist with the coordination of company meetings, events, and training sessions.
• Prepare and disseminate HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, change forms, and other employee documentation.
• Monitor company iPostal accounts and distribute mail as appropriate.
• Assist the People & Culture team in ensuring company adherence to all global federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off requests.
• Support the performance management process by preparing review materials.
• Assist with payroll preparation, data entry, and timekeeping administration.
• Support the Culture Team by coordinating company-wide engagement activities, including virtual team building activities, company happy hours, etc.

• Own the Requisition Load: Personally manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions across the organization, from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
• Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, niche communities) to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining consistent, timely communication and acting as the brand ambassador for the company.
• Interview Process Management: Facilitate and manage the scheduling, feedback collection, and continuous calibration of interview teams.
• Negotiation & Closing: In collaboration with the Chief People Officer, lead compensation conversations, extend offers, and effectively negotiate to secure top talent.
• Partnership Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, including negotiating terms and ensuring alignment on candidate quality and process.
• Process Design: Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable, and equitable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
• System Optimization and Maintenance: Lead the build-out, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Greenhouse, including configuring workflows, managing user permissions, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging all features to maximize recruiter efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's employer brand, working closely with Marketing to showcase company culture and values.
• Coaching & Training: Develop and deliver training and coaching programs for hiring managers and interview teams on best practices, including structured interviewing techniques, objective candidate assessment, diversity hiring strategies, and legal compliance in the hiring process.
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish key recruiting metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire) and provide regular reports to leadership on pipeline health, diversity, and strategic initiatives.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Design and drive strategies to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Onboarding Integration: Work with People & Culture team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to the first day, contributing to the development of a robust new-hire onboarding experience.
• HR Project Support: Be a flexible and willing partner to assist the broader People & Culture team with projects, administrative tasks, and compliance work as capacity allows (e.g., policy implementation, employee engagement, employee file audits, etc.)
• Performance Management Input: Provide strategic input to HR on talent gaps and training needs identified during the recruiting process.
