About the role
- Report to the Area Manager and drive the Charlotte Tilbury brand experience at the counter
- Exceed KPIs and inspire the team to deliver sales and customer engagement
- Create and drive exceptional customer experiences and convert customers into brand ambassadors through product selling and artistry
- Coach, mentor and develop team members via on-the-job training and ongoing support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with retail and head office to influence and build relationships
Requirements
- Proven management experience operating at Assistant Manager level or above
- Track record of delivering exceptional results across KPIs and people
- Experience ideally from fast-paced environments such as beauty, retail or FMCG
- True leader who can inspire and develop a team
- Highly organised and a problem solver who can think on their feet
- Ability to adapt style and implement processes and routines
