About the role
- Shape and own Northern Europe full-funnel media strategy in collaboration with marketing, digital, and media agency
- Evolve media mix and test innovative formats across online and offline channels
- Lead campaign activations and deliver best-in-class media plans
- Own creative development for local relevance and oversee agency creative work
- Monitor and report on campaign and media performance to the wider business
- Regularly review media performance during and after campaigns to inform future mix
- Collaborate closely with digital team for integrated media buy and omni-channel DTC focus
- Integrate paid and earned media working with PR and manage media partnerships
- Contribute to accurate media budget forecasting and actualisation aligned to sales targets
- Build relationships with category marketing, digital, PR, creative teams and external media agency
- Present media strategy and post-campaign analysis to senior stakeholders
- Report directly to Head of Marketing, Northern Europe
Requirements
- Extensive experience owning Online and Offline Media Buying either In-house or Agency, within Beauty, Fashion, Luxury or Retail
- Good knowledge of Offline Media channels (TV, VOD, OOH) as well as paid digital, with exceptional understanding of the EU Media landscape
- Experience in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
- Highly analytical and results driven with a commercial mindset
- Customer centric with ability to pivot around changing customer habits
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible and professional attitude, hungry to learn and welcome challenge
- Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; bonus if you speak European languages
- Passion and enthusiasm for the beauty industry
