About the role
- Design development, and production of all print projects
- Develop project conception through to completion in partnership with the Digital Designer and the guidance of the Creative Services Director.
- Create mockups for events, activations, kits, and boxes
- Collaborate with the digital designer to create presentations that showcases your design ideation, creative strategy, and how it helps achieve the goals of the 360 campaign.
- Work and communicate directly with internal departments (Marketing, events, PR, Education teams)
- Collaborate with global creative team as needed
- Ability to identify, follow, and ensure that all designs align with global brand guidelines including copy, pricing, ect.
- Manage production and communications with our print vendors.
- Continue developing design and strategic skills
- Manage production artwork and agency/ vendor relations on all events and activations (pr & influencers events, consumer activations, partnerships, brand takeovers, and more)
- Collect all images from events and IRL artwork for team portfolio.
- Manage regional merch design like tote bags and makeup accessories. Have a knowledge of textile materials and finishes.
- **Additional Responsibilities:**
- Participate in the design review and production meetings
- Assist with digital designs as needed
- Keep up to date on current art, design and beauty trends
- Participate in regular one-on-one meetings and keep manager up to date
- Thoroughly understand Charlotte Tilbury’s DNA and properly implement in projects
Requirements
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating innovative print design across multiple areas (signage, cards, catalogues, events)
- BA in graphic design of the Arts
- 5+ years’ experience in the graphic design field
- An extensive knowledge of technical print production best practices.
- Forward-thinker and partner who actively seeks opportunities and propose solutions
- **Job Specifications:**
- Computer skills: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experienced and highly creative designer
- Excellent typography/design skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent technical print production skills
- Experience working within the Luxury / Fashion / Beauty sectors is a plus
