Manage all internal cross-functional teams during the lifecycle of all brand campaigns and new product launches, integrating brand creative, PR, social content, digital content, digital builds, and events
Understand marketing channels and functions and ensure teams hit milestones across strategy + creative, planning + tactics, and aligned execution
Communicate with internal teams about budget, timelines, process and deliverables; schedule project kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews
Develop Scope of Work tasks, timelines, and budgets; manage vendor agreements and contract documents
Provide mentorship to team members and work closely with in-house creative team and production
Report on resourcing, budgeting, and revenue realization
Project execution: manage budgets and actual expenses, track scope changes, manage schedules, and collaborate with creative leads and producers to build holistic budgets and timelines
Project wrap: consolidate working and final assets on server/Dropbox, ensure contracts are signed, sign off on project expenses with Finance, and complete project wrap documents (completion reports)
Requirements
4-5 years writing experience with a demonstrated passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail
Previous experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space
Budget development and contract writing experience
Strong communication skills
A strong understanding of processes, including creative production, paid media and digital builds
Interest in optimising processes
Cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)
Experience using Dropbox and project management tools such as Trello
Understanding of relevant digital & social media platforms and their requirements
