About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
  • Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2.
  • Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling
  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability required
  • Full-time Admissions & Assessment team to support clinicians in providing exceptional care.
  • Participate in case discussions to leverage expertise of others.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN PENNSYLVANIA
  • Licenses Accepted: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, LAMFT
  • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
  • Experienced with teens and young adults
  • Passionate and skilled in group services
  • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
  • Available evenings to meet client needs
  • Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
  • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field
  • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
  • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
