Key responsibilities & impact

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Contemplative Practitioners to provide remote, telehealth services to our clients.
We're eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
We request that our facilitators are able to dedicate at minimum 9 permanent group hours per week to facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with our clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health is required for this role. Please do not apply if you do not meet this qualification.
Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays to meet the schedules of our clients
Experience with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults is required
Experience with high acuity populations is required
Must be certified in your contemplative practice (all disciplines are welcome to apply), and/or hold a Clinical license
Minimum 3 years of teaching/facilitating experience in your contemplative field
Availability between 9 and 40 hours per week
The technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients
1099 Position, part time with opportunity to grow into full time position
Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis
Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.
