About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide candidates with a first-class, positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team
Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process
Manage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, making sure each is moving through in a timely manner
Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidates
Analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers
Create new requisitions in Greenhouse
Find ways to automate and improve manual processes
Assist recruiters and managers with additional projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of recruitment coordination or recruitment operations experience
1+ year of experience using Greenhouse ATS preferred
Incredibly organized and conscientious, with a strong track record of execution and follow-through
Passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences
Stellar attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Quick learner, with the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas
Strong experience in Excel and Google Sheets
Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity
