About the role
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process
- Effectively interview candidates to determine fit
- Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners
- Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders
- Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant
- Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
- Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health’s recruiting efforts
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high growth environments
- Successful track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
- Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
