About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to Innovation Coordinators in developing plans which may include providing guidance and support in using a person's first language and defining clear and concise
- Develop and maintain an active database of inspections, plans of corrections, due dates, and other information the programs need to track quality requirements
- Provide training to all staff regarding quality requirements regularly
- Follow the standards and regulations required by Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging, and ensures that all relevant policy and procedures are adhered to in the programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- Valid driver's license
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University with Two (2) years' experience with quality assurance program development/ management/ monitoring
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Work remotely with a flexible schedule
- Two years' experience with DDA preferred
- Work remotely from home-based office, Based in the State of Tennessee
- Travel is required
