About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee CLCs two locations in Spartanburg, SC to ensure regulatory compliance, effective operations, and high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities and special needs
Implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate assigned programs in accordance with established standards
Oversee daily program operations and ensure assigned facilities are safe, functional, and in optimal condition
Provide intervention and leadership during emergencies and hospitalizations
Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Human Resources in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff
Provide direct guidance to ensure person-centered services and individualized supports
Monitor DSP documentation weekly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum age: 18
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Services or, AA with a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Human Services, or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in Human Services
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license and Social Security number
Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems
Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident <1 year), and provide 3 professional references
