About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee CLCs two locations in Spartanburg, SC to ensure regulatory compliance, effective operations, and high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities and special needs
- Implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate assigned programs in accordance with established standards
- Oversee daily program operations and ensure assigned facilities are safe, functional, and in optimal condition
- Provide intervention and leadership during emergencies and hospitalizations
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Human Resources in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff
- Provide direct guidance to ensure person-centered services and individualized supports
- Monitor DSP documentation weekly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum age: 18
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Services or, AA with a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Human Services, or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in Human Services
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and Social Security number
- Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems
- Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident <1 year), and provide 3 professional references
