Business Development Rep

• Responsible for generating and growing new client relationships for Charity Search Group
• Engage Executive Directors, CEOs, Board members, and senior development leaders in consultative conversations
• Build and deepen relationships with nonprofit executives, board leaders, and senior development professionals
• Leverage existing networks and referral channels while expanding reach into new nonprofit audiences
• Lead high-trust conversations around executive and fundraising leadership needs
• Advise nonprofit leaders on hiring strategy, organizational readiness, and risk mitigation
• Combine relationship-based development with thoughtful, CRM-driven outreach
• Own the full business development lifecycle—from initial conversation through signed engagement
• Build and manage a sustainable pipeline aligned with firm growth goals
• Represent Charity Search Group’s values, reputation, and approach in all external interactions
• Collaborate closely with internal search consultants and leadership to ensure a strong handoff and client experience
