Manager

• Personally manage and cultivate a portfolio of donors, with the goal of establishing long-term relationships.
• Upgrade donors within the mid-level giving tier and into the major gifts program.
• Ensure appropriate and consistent donor-centric communications in all materials, including solicitations, acknowledgements, stewardship, and customer service, integrated into the CRM.

Regional Development Manager

• This position is part of a team responsible for raising more than $3 million in annual revenue through individual donors and achieving significant revenue growth each year.
• In this role, you will support and optimize the full range of fundraising efforts, including multi-channel campaigns, workplace giving, and volunteer mobilization toolkits.
• The Marketing & Fundraising Manager will work at the intersection of Pratham USA’s marketing and fundraising teams and will collaborate closely with the Director of Communications and the Director of Strategic Partnerships to deliver measurable growth and donor engagement.
• Lead and manage Pratham’s retail fundraising program (donors giving below $1,000) to achieve annual growth targets.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel fundraising campaigns targeting retail, mid-level, and major donors.
• Partner with the Director of Philanthropy Operations to develop annual revenue projections and campaign timelines.
• Manage the creation of fundraising communications, mailings, and promotional materials—ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the philanthropy and communications teams to map and enhance donor journeys across giving levels.
• Oversee stewardship activities, including the annual report, donor touchpoints, and thank-you communications to increase retention and upgrade rates.

• The Manager, Strategic Partnerships advances Pratham USA’s mission by growing, managing, and stewarding a portfolio of individual donors and prospects with the capacity to contribute $25,000 or more annually.
• Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Manager, Strategic Partnerships will design and execute moves-management strategies, craft compelling proposals in collaboration with Philanthropy Operations, and partner with chapter leaders and regional fundraisers to meet shared revenue goals.
• Build and manage a qualified portfolio of major gift prospects and donors contributing $25,000 or more.
• Create individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans; maintain disciplined moves-management and regular pipeline reviews.
• Advance toward annual goals for revenue, solicitations, meetings, and outreach, with targets established collaboratively with the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize new prospects through research, networks, events, and chapter referrals.
• Conduct discovery, cultivation, and solicitation meetings to align donor interests with Pratham’s priorities.
• Prepare tailored cases for support, proposals, presentations, and impact reports in partnership with Philanthropy Operations, Programs, and Communications.

Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Director

• The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive of CRY America, responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to advance the organization’s mission.
• Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the ED will guide CRY America through an important leadership transition, shaping the future structure of its U.S. operations while sustaining its strong partnership with CRY India.
• This role requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial fundraiser who can sustain CRY America’s successful event-based fundraising model—galas currently generate the majority of revenue—while strategically diversifying into major gifts, institutional donors, and corporate partnerships.
• The ED will serve as the organization’s primary ambassador, cultivating high-net-worth individuals, engaging the Indian diaspora, and forging relationships with foundations and corporate partners.
• Partner with the Board of Directors to strengthen governance and consider new fundraising expectations for board members.
• Build credibility and alignment across diverse stakeholders, including U.S.-based staff, volunteers, donors, and the CRY India team.
• Navigate a three-month overlap with the outgoing President (transitioning to a temporary Board role) to ensure continuity while establishing their own leadership.
• Balance the energy of a small, relatively new U.S. team with the need for strategic clarity, sustainable revenue growth, and organizational stability.

• Reports directly to the Executive Director and serves as both strategist and integrator for AANEM and ANF.
• Deliver on annual and long-term strategic objectives and translate organizational priorities into clear strategies and actionable plans.
• Serve as a central connector across departments, committees, and the Executive Director; foster collaboration and elevate accountability.
• Guide annual planning processes, enhance internal systems, processes, and accountability to support growth and efficiency.
• Provide strategic coaching, constructive feedback, and performance accountability to senior leaders; model transparency and effective communication.
• Oversee AANEM’s membership strategy focusing on priority groups and partner with Marketing, Education, and Advocacy teams to drive recruitment and retention.

• Oversee relationship with HealtheCareers and work with Wiley regarding the AANEM journal.
