About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our business intelligence product portfolio
Oversee a team of product owners and partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership
Define and drive a compelling product vision aligned with enterprise objectives and customer needs
Develop and execute long-term product strategies and roadmaps that support scalable growth and innovation
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress effectively across all levels of the organization
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product owners
Oversee a portfolio of BI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of product owner experience, including 2–4+ years in a leadership role OR 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree, including 2-4+ years in a leadership experience
Proven experience leading teams of product owners and delivering complex product portfolios
Strong background in BI, software, and / or digital product strategy
Demonstrated success in product portfolio planning, ROI evaluation, and optimization
Understanding of business intelligence concepts and how products drive data insights
Experience with agile methodologies and modern product management tools
