About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our business intelligence product portfolio
  • Oversee a team of product owners and partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership
  • Define and drive a compelling product vision aligned with enterprise objectives and customer needs
  • Develop and execute long-term product strategies and roadmaps that support scalable growth and innovation
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product owners
  • Oversee a portfolio of BI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of product owner experience, including 2–4+ years in a leadership role OR 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree, including 2-4+ years in a leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading teams of product owners and delivering complex product portfolios
  • Strong background in BI, software, and / or digital product strategy
  • Demonstrated success in product portfolio planning, ROI evaluation, and optimization
  • Understanding of business intelligence concepts and how products drive data insights
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern product management tools
