About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts across target verticals
  • - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
  • - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders at target accounts
  • - Develop customized solutions by collaborating with operations, pricing, and solutions design teams
  • - Achieve and exceed annual revenue and volume targets
  • - Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM
  • - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • - Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless transition post-close and long-term client retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years selling logistics, freight, or supply chain solutions
  • - Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure contracts with enterprise clients
  • - Strong understanding of truckload (TL), and cross-border transportation
  • - Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • - Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • - Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • - Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • **Nice to Have**
  • - Experience with cross-border (US/Canada/Mexico) freight
  • - Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics technology
  • - Existing book of business or established shipper relationships
