Enterprise Sales Executive – Logistics
Charger Logistics Inc.Enterprise Sales Executive responsible for developing and closing high-value accounts in logistics. Serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level shippers in North America.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts across target verticals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders at target accounts
- Develop customized solutions by collaborating with operations, pricing, and solutions design teams
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue and volume targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless transition post-close and long-term client retention
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years selling logistics, freight, or supply chain solutions
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure contracts with enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of truckload (TL), and cross-border transportation
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Nice to Have
- Experience with cross-border (US/Canada/Mexico) freight
- Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics technology
- Existing book of business or established shipper relationships
