About the role
- Analyze and validate drivers’ administrative records (attendance, documentation, payroll inputs)
- Provide support to drivers in relation to amenities (showers, rest areas, room assignments, etc.)
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure drivers receive timely assistance
- Prepare reports on driver-related metrics and administrative compliance
- Address drivers’ concerns and act as a communication bridge with internal departments
- Identify areas of improvement in administrative processes for better driver experience
- Work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all departments
- Work shift: Monday to Saturday 3:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in transportation/logistics
- Strong knowledge of Excel and administrative systems
- Intermediate–Advanced English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
