About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and own product marketing strategy and execution across hardware and software offerings
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging aligned to target customer segments
- Drive go-to-market strategies and end-to-end product launches across multiple segments
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align on priorities and execution
- Equip sales teams with tools, content, and training to improve pipeline generation and win rates
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing product marketing function
- Conduct and leverage competitive intelligence to inform strategy and positioning
- Represent the company to analysts, press, and customers as a credible industry voice
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, content development, and operational efficiency
- Contribute directly to key deliverables with a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep familiarity with EV charging, cleantech, or adjacent energy markets, including buyers, sales cycles, and competitors
- Proven experience building and leading product marketing functions
- Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and messaging
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth, adoption, and win rates.
