About the role

  • Supporting the teams at chargecloud in shaping the digital e‑mobility experience
  • Close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners and the UX team
  • Planning and prioritizing product features
  • Creating and maintaining user stories, tickets and backlogs
  • Researching and analyzing user feedback, market trends and competitors
  • Supporting UX research activities
  • Preparing presentations, reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a technical degree program, e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Product Management
  • Interest in e‑mobility and SaaS products
  • Structured and self-directed work style
  • Technical understanding and willingness to learn tools such as Confluence and Directus
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Initial experience with agile methods, data analysis or app store management is a plus
