About the role
- Work closely with the team to create a well-informed portfolio of SKUs that aligns with financial, business, customer, and consumer needs.\n
- Monitor SKU performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.\n
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for marketing initiatives.\n
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of project outcomes.\n
- Monitor project progression, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.\n
- Support and uphold accurate data management across various systems, including ERP platforms, SharePoint, and artwork approval systems.\n
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and sales, to bring innovative products to market.\n
- Translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations.\n
- Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on brand performance, market trends and competitive analysis.\n
- Create and manage persuasive sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, collateral, and planograms.\n
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective tools that drive sales growth.\n
- Attend sales calls and customer presentations in support of account owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).\n
- Proven experience in CPG brand management (5+ years), product development, and consumer insights.\n
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.\n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.\n
- Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis software.\n
- Flexibility to travel for trade shows and customer engagements as needed.
