About the role

  • Manage and support Partnership Success Consultants, ensuring effective performance, development, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Ensure that all contracts are treated as valuable assets, requiring careful oversight and strategic management to maximise their value.
  • Assist in the management of EV charging concessions, ensuring alignment with financial, contractual and operational objectives.
  • Serve as a key contact for council partners, facilitating strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of concession agreements.
  • Support the monitoring of financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using established tools and processes.
  • Read and understanding each contract and assist in identifying potential risks to the success of concessions and in developing strategies to minimise these risks.
  • Prepare regular updates on concession performance for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing customer or partner relationships, preferably in infrastructure or renewable technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ability to read and understand legal contracts and financial data to assess its impact on partnership success.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver positive outcomes.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
