About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for increasing access to care primarily in the program they are assigned (i.e. Hospice, PACE)
Responsible for identifying and increasing referral sources to meet organizational access to care goals reflecting the community need for the Hope’s programs and services
Utilize various resources and educational techniques to enhance referrals
Responsible for identifying opportunities with other health care providers to support enrollment or appropriate admission into the assigned Hope program
Provide community education when requested or approved by direct report
Ensure referral sources choose a Hope Healthcare program for their patients or residents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of proven healthcare sales performance
Degree in marketing, business, public relations or related field or background in healthcare such as nursing, social work, or other patient centered healthcare role
Must have strong communication skills
Previous sales performance training preferred
Must possess a valid Florida Drivers' License
Current auto insurance
Reliable transportation
Certification of completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as averages, proportions, and percentages
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking required for Winkler location only
