About the role
- Responsible for increasing access to care primarily in the program assigned
- Identify and increase referral sources to meet organizational access to care goals
- Utilize various resources and educational techniques to enhance referrals
- Provide community education when requested or approved by direct report
- Ensure referral sources choose a Hope Healthcare program for their patients or residents
- Achieve monthly and quarterly access goals for assigned program
- Execute a weekly, monthly and quarterly strategy to increase market share
- Document daily sales calls and maintain accurate information regarding referral partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven healthcare sales performance
- Degree in marketing, business, public relations or related field
- Background in healthcare such as nursing, social work, or other patient centered healthcare role
- Strong communication skills
- Previous sales performance training preferred
- Must possess a valid Florida Drivers' License
- Current auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Certification of completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs
