About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel to various Chapter studios to provide operational and guest service support
- Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities
- Step into key front-of-house roles, including Guest Service, Studio Support, and Manager support, as needed
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Chapter brand standards
- Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to drive rebooking and retention
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across studios
- Collaborate with studio and regional leadership to support guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest service, retail, hospitality, or operations
- Leadership experience a plus, as you will fill in for Studio Managers as needed
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
- Personable, professional, and confident communicator
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
