About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Travel to various Chapter studios to provide operational and guest service support
  • Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities
  • Step into key front-of-house roles, including Guest Service, Studio Support, and Manager support, as needed
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Chapter brand standards
  • Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to drive rebooking and retention
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across studios
  • Collaborate with studio and regional leadership to support guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest service, retail, hospitality, or operations
  • Leadership experience a plus, as you will fill in for Studio Managers as needed
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
  • Personable, professional, and confident communicator
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
  • Proud to represent a mission-driven brand focused on exceptional service
