About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform medical aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more
- Travel to various Chapter studios to provide aesthetic care and operational support
- Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences across locations
- Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
- Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards in all treatment environments
- Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active RN license in the state of Iowa/IL
- 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics or formal aesthetics training preferred
- Multi-state licensure is a plus
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
- Personable, confident, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfort using EMR platforms and treatment technology
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong sense of clinical responsibility
