About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform medical aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more
Travel to various Chapter studios to provide aesthetic care and operational support
Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences across locations
Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards in treatment environments
Collaborate with studio teams to drive performance metrics such as revenue, rebooking, and retention

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active RN license in North Dakota and South Dakota
Multi-state licensure is a plus
1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics or formal aesthetics training preferred
Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
Personable, confident, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfort using EMR platforms and treatment technology
Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong sense of clinical responsibility
