About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform medical aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more
  • Travel to various Chapter studios to provide aesthetic care and operational support
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences across locations
  • Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatments
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active RN license in North Dakota and South Dakota
  • Multi-state licensure is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics or formal aesthetics training preferred
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
  • Personable, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfort using EMR platforms and treatment technology
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong sense of clinical responsibility
