About the role
- Conduct on-site CARES training sessions—classroom-style and experiential.
- Shadow team members during consultations and guest interactions, offering real-time feedback.
- Demonstrate effective CARES techniques and model consultative behaviors.
- Lead daily huddles and micro-trainings that reinforce CARES principles.
- Coach Studio Leaders on how to coach their teams with consistency and confidence.
- Establish a studio-specific CARES coaching cadence (daily huddles, weekly skill sessions, etc.).
- Conduct initial CARES diagnostic assessments for each assigned studio.
- Identify behavioral and operational gaps impacting guest experience and studio performance.
- Develop clear action plans with measurable targets and timelines.
- Track and report progress to RBMs.
Requirements
- Required Experience in sales coaching, training, or field leadership
- Demonstrated success driving behavior change in frontline teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to model consultative sales behaviors
- Proven ability to diagnose performance gaps and create actionable plans
- Willingness to travel frequently to assigned studios
- Preferred Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or patient service environments
- Prior experience implementing structured sales processes
- Background in adult learning, field training, or operations leadership
