About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partnering closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies across Software Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
- Building strong pipelines of engaged technical talent and nurturing relationships over time.
- Helping improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Using data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years' proven experience recruiting across technical functions—Software Engineering, Product, Data, and/or Infrastructure.
- Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
- Previous RPO experience advantageous.
