- Strong systems capability and confidence using operational platforms, tooling and technology
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong problem solving capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
