• Design digital flyers and promotional materials for properties, leasing events, and company announcements.
• Create engaging social media content including graphics, templates, and visual assets across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support website design updates and visual content management.
• Assist with logo design, branding refreshes, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
• Develop and maintain branded templates for recurring marketing needs (newsletters, announcements, signage, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics Manager to align creative content with advertising campaigns and ILS platform requirements.
• Resize and adapt existing creative assets for use across multiple platforms and formats.
• Manage and organize a digital asset library of approved graphics, logos, photos, and templates.
• Support the production of virtual tours, video content, or other multimedia assets as needed.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to CMG brand standards and reflects a professional, consistent image.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
