About the role
- Support the editing and production of: High-quality product release videos.
- Short-form content for social platforms and paid ads.
- Tutorials, demos, and feature explainers.
- Repurpose and adapt content for various formats and platforms (short and long-form).
- Apply motion graphics and animation where appropriate to elevate production quality.
- Ensure pacing and structure align with the platform's best practices and attention patterns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on messaging.
- Maintain a well-organized project file system and naming conventions.
- Manage video production timelines across multiple overlapping projects.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and related editing tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills — able to distill complex tools into accessible, compelling content.
- Awareness of content trends, pacing, and formats.
- Experience producing both short-form (under 60s) and long-form (5–10 min+) video content.
- Ability to quickly adapt visual assets to fit platform-specific requirements.
- Strong editorial judgment and creative intuition for content that performs.
- Comfortable working in English in a distributed, collaborative team environment.
- Competent with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit.
