About the role
- Oversee the development and deployment of Chaos Oracles, ensuring robust and reliable data feeds that meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional team efforts , managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data provided by Chaos Oracles.
- Identify and manage risks , developing contingency plans to address challenges in project execution.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes , contributing to the refinement and evolution of our Chaos Oracles service.
- Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental discussions to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management , or a similar role in the technology sector.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and experience in the DeFi space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Ethereum and Solana ecosystems and their associated technical stacks (preferred).
- Experience with performance optimization and data integrity assurance (preferred).
- Previous experience working with decentralized finance projects and a demonstrable passion for blockchain technology (preferred).
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships (preferred).
- Based in United States with the ability to work remotely or from our Brooklyn office in NYC.
