AI Engineer

• Build responsive frontend applications exclusively with React and TypeScript
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Rust
• Integrate applications with AWS or GCP infrastructure
• Design and maintain databases, integrations, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines
• Optionally develop AI features involving LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agents
• Monitor and improve application reliability, performance, security, and cost
• Own features end-to-end, influence technical decisions, and help shape enterprise AI products
• Report directly to the Tech Lead

Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

Engineer

• Lead technical discovery and solution design in early customer conversations alongside the Product Lead and VP of Sales
• Evaluate feasibility and tradeoffs across architecture, APIs, integrations, data, authentication, security, infrastructure, and deployment
• Prototype, build, and debug technical solutions
• Work closely with the engineering team to turn promising approaches into reliable implementations
• Own technical problems end to end
• Develop a deep understanding of the Chaos Labs platform and the environments in which it must operate
• Help define scalable technical patterns for complex customer deployments involving work units, company-specific context, integrations, evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization
