About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate end-to-end event marketing across Europe markets — planning, logistics, on-the-day delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables for campaign activations running simultaneously across multiple markets.
  • Support social media plans tied to campaigns and events, maintaining consistent messaging across the region.
  • Gather and organise marketing assets for local and regional use, enabling best-practice sharing across all EMEA markets.
  • Support creating, ordering, tracking, and fulfilment of event materials and branded merchandise across Europe markets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field. Experience in AdTech is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills - you can manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and additional European languages to facilitate communication with onsite suppliers and organisers.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in B2B marketing and events.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Experience with marketing tools, social media platforms, or project management software is an advantage.
