Shepherd the technical vision along with other pillar leadership.
Enable other cross-functional partners to contribute technically to our product.
Report to the CTO.
Drive the data foundation strategy to produce a product-ready civic data corpus.
Establish a strong, trusted partnership with the VP of Product.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on coding and architecture.
7+ years in engineering leadership roles, including managing managers.
Proven experience leading new product teams or cross-functional squads.
Experience scaling products across diverse or international user bases.
Professional-level English proficiency is required for all roles.
