Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee ecommerce strategy and execution including assortment, promotional planning, media investments, and operational excellence
Monitor marketplace platform performance, algorithm changes, and policy updates
Lead best-in-class execution across content, SEO, advertising, pricing, promotions, and availability

Requirements

Proven success managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
Deep understanding of Chewy’s platform, operating model, and customer expectations
Strong P&L ownership experience
Highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented
Excellent communication and leadership skills
