About the role

  • Develop and deliver advocacy training programs for sales associates.
  • Engage retailer and distributor partners with training.
  • Ensure advocacy efforts align with global standards while tailored for North American market.
  • Collaborate with global teams for consistent messaging and compliance.
  • Define and track KPIs related to training and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Animal Science, Nutrition, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Quebec French) is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, enablement, or advocacy, ideally within the pet food, animal health, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of pet nutrition, pet food products, and regulatory environment in North America.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
