About the role

  • Manage and lead the Viticulture team.
  • Define and implement the viticulture strategy, translated into concrete objectives and actions, with result monitoring.
  • Advise and support winegrowers (individual and group technical advice, training, trials, communication).
  • Develop innovative projects at local, regional, national and European levels.
  • Manage a production and experimental vineyard estate.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (agricultural engineer or equivalent)
  • Proven expertise in viticulture and permanent crops
  • Skills in management and project leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills (clients, teams, partners), initiative, and a taste for innovation.
