About the role

  • Monitor and stay informed about emerging projects from local authorities and territories on cross-cutting themes related to agriculture
  • Offer the services of the Chambers of Agriculture, negotiate and formalize contracts or partnerships by mobilizing appropriate project teams, seek funding (particularly European) and prepare grant/funding applications
  • Manage client/partner relationships and all project phases from initiation to closure; ensure deadlines, objectives, resources and budgets are respected; promote and capitalize on project results
  • Facilitate regular exchanges with the Chambers' elected representatives regarding projects.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in an agricultural field with specialization and experience in territorial development
  • Experience in managing projects and project portfolios
  • Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information
  • Good listening skills, curiosity, interpersonal skills, leadership ability, experience facilitating and uniting groups, and a multidisciplinary approach
  • Autonomy, methodological rigor, strong organizational skills and ability to define project frameworks
  • Commercial drive and an appetite for sales, challenges and commercial targets
  • Written and spoken English — minimum B2 level: interactions and participation in working meetings with European partners expected
  • Valid driver's license (category B / car)
