About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be a key player in HR advisory and support.
- You will work with Chief Executives and managers to support them on a range of HR topics and issues: legal support and litigation, regulatory monitoring and application of employment and social legislation.
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Social dialogue and labor relations
- Occupational health and workplace well-being
- Strategic workforce planning and skills management (GPEC)
- Managing HR performance (dashboards, process quality monitoring)
- Contribution to regional projects: benchmarking HR best practices, proposing innovative HR tools and materials
- Continuous improvement of HR processes and tools, GPEC, HR indicators, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Human Resources (business school or university) or a Bachelor's degree (equivalent to bac+3) in Law or Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of employment and social legislation (experience in public- and private-law environments)
- Strategic HR mindset
- Active listening, advisory/support stance, service orientation, availability and responsiveness
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work remotely and in project-based teams
- Proficient with Office 365 and ideally familiar with HR software (e.g., HR Access)
