About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Individual support within the Professional Development Advisory (Conseil en évolution professionnelle)
- Conduct a personalized assessment to clarify expectations and needs
- Support professional projects grounded in economic and social needs
- Provide information on professional development programs and measures
- Provide guidance on VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience)
- Assess the feasibility of professional projects
- Facilitate access to training
- Advise and provide training on job-search tools
- Prepare reports and deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum: two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in social integration, professional transitions, or a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Psychology
- At least 1 year of experience supporting professional transitions
- Experience in HR advisory/consulting is desirable
- Knowledge of the vocational training landscape and the local socioeconomic environment
