About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide individual support as part of the Career Development Counseling program
Conduct personalized assessments
Support the implementation of professional projects
Inform individuals about professional development schemes and programs
Provide guidance on VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience)
Assess the feasibility of professional projects
Facilitate access to training
Advise and provide training on job search tools
Draft reports and deliverables related to the service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary diploma) in social integration, professional transitions, or a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Psychology
At least 1 year of experience supporting professional transitions
Experience in HR consulting (preferred)
Knowledge of the vocational training ecosystem and the local socio-economic environment
Rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, analytical mindset, and strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential
