About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Market and sell the CMA Rhône service offering
- Conduct one-on-one intake/positioning meetings
- Handle first-level registrations
- Carry out outbound calling campaigns
- Provide client follow-up and perform any necessary reminders or callbacks
- Sell our training offerings
- Support the business creation team
- Identify solutions to enable sales growth
- Ensure accurate reporting of activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Strong commercial drive
- Ability to persuade and influence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with telephone-based appointment setting
- Adaptability and ability to anticipate needs
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Enjoys working as part of a team
